I absolutely love my engagement ring—Star at Masina truly knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I even needed my ring resized, and they were beyond amazing to work with throughout the process. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about their clients. I would give a million stars to Masina if I could! Star and the entire Masina team made the process of creating my custom engagement ring and my fiancé’s wedding band not only seamless, but genuinely so fun and exciting! They truly think outside of the box and have a rare ability to take your craziest ideas and turn them into something so beautifully wearable, timeless, and uniquely “you.” Both my fiancé and I kept our rings a surprise from each other, yet Star somehow managed to seamlessly intertwine our designs so that they perfectly complement one another! She even coordinated matching engravings on our rings without either of us knowing until the moment my fiancé proposed!!! Honestly made that moment even more special and unforgettable. HOW COOL IS THAT? Their creativity and attention to detail shine through in every design decision and in the final pieces themselves. They listened closely to our vision and somehow executed our ideas beyond what we could have imagined! We walked away with an engagement ring and wedding band that feels so personal to our love story and so uniquely ours. Star deserves an extra special shout-out! She has been incredibly supportive even after I received my ring, helping with final adjustments and making sure everything fits and feels perfect, and helping deal with FedEx mess-ups with such professionalism and ease. That level of ongoing care and service is rare and speaks volumes about how much they stand behind their work and value their clients. The ring is perfect in every way. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely communicative and addressed any questions or concerns he had immediately. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience seamless and stress-free. When he finally proposed and I saw the ring in person, I was completely blown away. It is absolutely stunning, and I still cannot stop admiring it. I cannot wait to have Masina Diamonds create my wedding band as well.

Masina Diamonds made my engagement ring, and I truly couldn’t be happier. We visited another store before them, but the moment we met with Star, we knew we were in the right place. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable — the exact energy you want when making such an important decision. I’ll be honest… I was crazy compulsive about the diamond. I asked a million questions, went back and forth on every detail, and needed to understand exactly what was being decided. Star never once got frustrated. She walked me through everything step by step and explained the “why” behind each choice so I always felt confident and understood. They also made sure the vintage details of my ring were exactly what I envisioned. The hand-engraving is absolutely perfect — beautifully done and so true to the Grecian, old-world vibe I was dreaming of. The entire team was so gracious and patient through all the back and forth, and the final ring is truly more beautiful than I imagined.
