Jeff was very professional & did a great job. He thoroughly inspected my unit and gave me peace of mind after a blown fuse. Very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend. And they were able to come same day on Saturday within just a few hours.
Carlos and Zack came in to install a new AC and heating unit both in the attic and outside. They communicated well and were informative. Despite the weather being rainy and the ground being muddy Carlos and Zack both took measures to keep our garage and home floors clean. They showed me how to use our new thermostat and ensured I had the office number available if I had any questions. Carlos made sure I had the owners manual. They were respectful in communication and the install was done in a timely manner. Both our garage and the area outside where our unit is located were clean when they departed. Carlos and Zack were professional, polite and courteous. I worked from home and was not disturbed during the process at all. I also think it is important to note, as a woman home alone during this process, I felt safe and comfortable around both Carlos and Zack with no feelings of unease, which is always an important measure to consider when choosing any home services. Regarding price, I believe we paid a fair market price for the new system. It comes with a 10year parts warranty from Trane and a labor warranty through Mathews CCAC. Our interest rate is set at 0% making monthly installments affordable.
He is very efficient , friendly and took care of my problem quickly. I was really glad he had all the tools he needed and parts to repair my damage to my sink. I'm also going to have him come out and repair my shut off valve outside to my house in the next couple of weeks. We are military and new to the area and appreciate the military discount. On November 5, 2025 I reached out to CCAC because I needed a plumbing repair done and at that time I had no water access in my home. CCAC didn't waste anytime. They were at my place within 3 hours. Alec from CCAC and coworker Eric came to my home to repair a bathroom faucet. The Positive conversation and engagement started before they even arrived. The team called me as I requested before arriving so I could put my dogs in back. From the time Alec entered my home and until he left he was a total professional. Alec explained what the issue was, that it is a simple repair and covered the necessary steps needed to repair. The best part, is that I got lucky with selecting CCAC. Alec is an expert in his field . Alec identified the issue quickly, without even inspecting it first. He said, if all goes well “fifteen minutes” and he will be on his way. Alec was totally correct . The entire repair process was quick and he was efficient. Alec highly respected me making me feel like I was part of his family. Very personable but professional. It was a very pleasant experience I am glad I chose CCAC! Thank you Alec!
