Indeed, that's a good shop to find something for the gift or even for yourself. Was there once and the guys working there were very kind. Just one moment. Came today and unfortunately it was closed earlier.. Would be good, if it says "closes at 18:30" it closes at 18:30, not earlier, nobody asks you to work over but it would be fair if the customer can come in even 5 minutes before closing just to buy something quickly (the reason why ppl can come so late is bcz they are working as well) Thank you.
Some good ideas for ocasion presents, good variety of board games. I like this shop. Even if you don't buy anything, it's always fascinating just to look at the products of offer. I like this shop.
Visited today, the 1 guy working in the store came over to me when I was looking at the funko pops and picked one up to buy, the employee confronted me, forcefully removed it from my hand because it was from the top shelf and those are the extras, I had no idea I never visited the shop before I have severe anxiety and feel it was very unnecessary with the rude tone he spoke to me in, didn’t greet me or say anything other than I must have been an idiot to not realise the top shelf was spares. Will not be returning again, rude man who triggered a panic attack once I left the store. I will be buying the funko pop from elsewhere who doesn’t hire rude and bad mannered employees.
Myself and my husband went in to this shop today. The guy that served us alone with a women both had amazing customer service. The guy even came running to the door to tell us when a certain board game would be in stock. Amazing shop with two amazing staff members. 😊
A great range of products and they stock some really cool things. Some stuff is really random and weird and wonderful but great for gift ideas. The staff are friendly and helpful it’s a shame some of the products are quite pricey.
