I recently furnished almost my entire home from Micasa , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I purchased a full bedroom set, a dining room set, a new mattress, and a pair of recliners & sofa set for my basement and every step of the process was seamless. • First Impressions: The store itself is beautiful. From the moment you pull up, the outlook is clean and professional, and the showroom floor is exceptionally well-organized, making it easy to visualize how the pieces would look in a home. . Prices & Deals :- The prices & deals were competitive & I negotiated the prices to fit my budget & was given a packaged deal. • The Service: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. They were helpful and attentive without being pushy, which made the shopping experience actually enjoyable rather than stressful. • The Delivery: Delivery was the "cherry on top." The team arrived on time, handled my new furniture with great care, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. It is rare to find a place that excels in both product quality and customer service from start to finish. If you are looking for a stress-free way to furnish your home, I highly recommend them!
Purchased a sectional from here and when I brought it home, it was very stiff. They said to give it a few months and it will be better. It did end up getting less firm. I also bought the extra ottoman which was not in stock and they had to order. They said it would take about 4 weeks. Months later, I finally received a response saying it would be a little longer. I finally had to call and was told they have some in stock. To me, it felt like they didn't want to give me the ottoman even though I paid for it. Flash forward to today and the sectional is falling apart. I have had to sew the seams on numerous cushions. We are not big people, we don't goof around on the couch, the dogs don't go on the couch yet it is already falling apart. On the look for a new sectional and it won't be from here. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
I would give negative stars if possible. This company wont admit any fault of their own and blame their customers for their poor experience. Dont listen to the good reviews because you get 10 dollars off your purchase if you give a good review. I went in and showed a picture of a couch i wanted. They told me the exact couch in the picture was on the display shelf(even though the couch i showed was not from their company or any brand they carry) and I could test the ottoman for it which was on the ground. Felt soft(assuming from it being broken in for a while) but when I took it home and opened the box it was hard as a rock. It also had cup holders which the picture I showed did not(even though she told me the couch i had bought was the one in the photo). I emailed them and then got impatient and ended up calling. On the phone I was told I would be able to get a refund if I brought it back 2 days later but then in the email, they said I had 12 hours to return it.. it was 1 hour before closing time and they would not have been open yet at the 12 hour mark. So I quickly packed up the couch and brought it back. They upsold me to a different couch which they said they would deliver at some point the next week. I called trying to get an update twice, one of the times they just hung up on me and didn't call back and another time the phone was handed to someone else mid conversation without warning. When it finally arrived the chaise was on the wrong side. After calling the delivery driver 15 minutes later, he would not pick it up and tried to get me to accept a different couch as the one they sold me, they didnt actually have. I refused and wanted a refund. While packing it up I noticed how cheaply made this couch is(unfinished fabric throughout, strings hanging off and the cup holder fell out while packing it up. I had to message him for multiple days and he switched the pick up time multiple times right before he was suppose to be arriving so I had to make sure I was home multiple times when he never showed up. I told him I wanted the refund processed and when he was done, I wanted the receipt to prove he did it. He messaged me at 7 pm a couple days after the pick up saying it was refunded. I asked for the receipt and he said he would send it the next day. I asked again the next day for the receipt and he sent it. I don't know if he realized that there is a time stamp on the receipt and it showed he didnt put the refund through till that day and was lying to me the night before when he said it was done. After he sent it that day, it took a 3 or 4 days to process before getting into my account because they waited days after pick up to even start the process. This company is a fraud and I would not recommend doing any sort of buisness with them. They should not be allowed to run a customer service based buisness. Just spend a bit more and get from ashley or the brick.
