We live in an older home so when we had a light go out and started to smell a weird smell, we were worried and called to have someone come out. I was worried about old wiring but Carlos was extremely kind, thoughtful, and made sure to walk me through everything. He reassured us and seemed to understood the nuances of living in a home that’s over 100 years old. Just an incredible experience overall and I’ll definitely be using them again and also asking for Carlos.
Carlos worked two days in the cold to replace and upgrade my electric meter and box while my power was cut off. He explained everything that he was doing and what the next steps are. Carlos, thank you so much for your expertise, great work and professionalism. It is so appreciated 👍🏾
Ryan was nothing short of amazing! He did a quick and accurate analysis of the clicking my kitchen outlets were doing, gave me a fair estimate, and had the work done in about an hour. We even got a few laughs in about our favorite movies while he worked. This reminded me of the level of customer service I grew up around in the 70's. I can sleep much better at night knowing an electrical disaster is no longer imminent. 10 stars for RYAN!
Carlos with Michael and Son’s was phenomenal to work with! He works closely with us with what we wanted to accomplish, gave us great feedback and then executed it perfectly. He was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend working with Michael and sons and specifically Carlos again.
Very easy to schedule an appointment. Matt arrived ahead of schedule, but notified me by phone and text, which I greatly appreciated. Matt identified the source of the leak quickly and repaired it right away. He did a full checkup of our plumbing and educated me re what might become an issue in the future. He offered me a couple of options re steps to take but I didn’t feel under any pressure to get the work done. Matt was friendly, efficient and got the work done. Very happy!
