0/10. So sad to have to no longer work with this company. The owner has become ornery and unprofessional. This owner literally threatened to have his driver go to my girlfriend house over a misunderstanding. He intimidated her at 3am demanding additional payment or he would have a grown man drive to her physical home at 3am!! Not realizing her trauma history. When I later discussed the concerns over with my girlfriend we did in fact owe because we were two hours over the contractual time. But the real concern is that we never threatened to withhold money. The driver left us and was initially kind. He never game any time checks. We came from Napa and were on cloud 9. We had a fun filled day, we tipped our driver, fed our driver only to be threatened with fear tactics. Tip for the owner, handle all professional matters during working business hours. Recognize that all customers sign contracts so people are not trying to get over on you. You have lost a very valuable customer.
I've been a customer for years and the service used to be excellent but NOT anymore. I contracted Million Services to drive a group of kids to/from San Francisco & San Carlos for my daughter's 16th birthday. They didn't show up! When I finally got in touch with Reese, he claimed that the bus broke down. We had to scramble to get Ubers/Lyfts to get everyone to the party. On a positive note, they did send someone to pick us up. Reese agreed to pay for the Uber/Lyft's as well as adjust the price of the service to reflect one direction of service. In total, Reese agreed to refund me $700. Sadly after many requests, he has not refunded my money. Both he and his assistant, Sharde, continued to make excuses ( at the doctor, couldn't remember how to use his bank account, forgot, this list goes on) and promise that the refund was coming. I've been forced to take legal action. No surprise, the business addresses for Million Services have been closed and Reese is evading service of the summons. Reese and Sharde - shame on you! Stealing from your customers is really not ok.
Awesome Service!! I reached out for service for my daughter's prom night. I could not have been happier with the services that Reese and Howard provided. They were extremely courteous, punctual, and professional. They made us feel like old friends. Reasonable prices and an all around great time. Highly recommend!!
Steer Clear of Million Services! My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They confirmed my booking, sent a confirmation email, and even shared driver information—only to never arrive. It was a frustrating waste of time and energy. If giving zero stars were possible, I would. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
We used Million Services for our wedding, and while the day itself went smoothly and Dale, our driver, was wonderful—polite, professional, and extremely helpful to our wedding party—the communication leading up to the event left a lot to be desired. I originally contacted Million Services in July for our September wedding. Reece was very helpful, offering great advice on vehicle options and making us feel confident in our choice. I promptly sent over the deposit via PayPal and followed up to confirm it had been received. Unfortunately, this is where things started to unravel. I reached out on September 9th to confirm pickup details for our wedding on the 13th—no response. I followed up with a phone call and left a message—still no reply. After sending another email on the 10th, I finally got through to Reese on the 11th. When I mentioned the lack of response, he denied it outright. I explained I had checked my spam folder and received nothing. He started to mansplain to me that I did not know anything about the process or why pickup could not happen in front of City Hall, even though on the day that’s where his driver met us. I reminded him that I was trying to confirm details for the day hence the requests for information. He then stated I would receive an email that afternoon with all the information I needed. No email arrived. My fiancé tried reaching out by phone and text several times the following day, but Reese remained unresponsive. Finally, on the evening before our wedding, Reese texted my fiancé, saying he would personally be driving us. Hours later Reese reached out via text stating that Dale would be driving. When my fiancé mentioned that Reese was supposed to be driving, he laughed and said, "Reese doesn’t drive”. A change in driver would have never been a concern for us but the lack of communication for 3.5 days left us uncomfortable. It was incredibly frustrating to be misled, especially after paying over $750. While I can highly recommend Dale for his excellent service on the day, the lack of communication and the disrespect we experienced leading up to our wedding was incredibly stressful and something that a couple shouldn’t have to bear leading up to the wedding. If you're looking for a vendor with clear and timely communication, you may want to consider other options to avoid unnecessary worry before your big day.
