My husband and I started working with Tyler a few months ago and have been so happy with our decision to work with him. We are both retired and are looking to remain healthy and active as we age. I started working out with Tyler a little over a year ago. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is an awesome trainer and is very knowledgeable about how to gain muscle/lose fat with exercise and diet. As a bonus, he shares amazing healthy recipes that makes the nutrition plan he develops with you easy to follow! In a year with Tyler's help, I've completely changed my body composition and at 41 am now in the best shape of my life. If you are looking for a personal trainer this is the place! Tyler is by far the best trainer I had. Beyond his incredible knowledge about training and nutrition he really cares about your goals and will help you reach them. His studio is very nice and equipped, very easy to get by. I can’t recommend MPT highly enough. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition and has helped me gain a much deeper understanding of the relationship between the two. He’s also extremely invested in the personal success of each of his clients through his program and will go the extra mile to help you reach your goals. He’s pushed me past what I thought was possible. Without Tyler, I don’t think I would’ve ever started my own fitness journey and learned so much along the way. I’ve been working out with Tyler for over a year and he’s provided me with guidance on my fitness and nutrition program.
