I just want to start off by saying Waylon at Ducati mobile service is the best mechanic/ tech I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I was unsure about the maintenance history of a Ducati had just purchased and contacted Waylon because he was highly recommended from a friend. He was able to guide and direct me and pick up the motorcycle within a week of me reaching out. He performed the desmo service in a timely manner and kept me in the loop while working on it as well as providing me pictures. I have three motorcycles and they will all exclusively be worked on by Waylon. If you are need for motorcycle servicing I would highly recommend you check them out.
I brought my Ninja 500 to the shop because I needed help adjusting the chain, and Waylon helped me out completely free of charge. He’s super patient and really knows his stuff. He also showed me how to adjust the throttle cable and explained a few other things. Definitely recommend this shop!

Got my diavel 1260 Desmo service done by Waylon and his team. Not only was he better priced, but had the best service I have experienced from a certified Ducati Tech in all of houston. He is honest, and extremely accommodating. They picked up my bike from Katy, got the full service done, and dropped it off all within the price that was better than anything else i found. I 100% recommend him, and my days of asking around for any service needed on the bike are done. He is the only one I would trust going forward.
Waylon worked on my Honda Rebel 1100, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He helped with several modifications and even guided me toward reliable sources for parts, which made the process seamless. Months later, when an issue came up, he didn’t just leave me hanging — he quickly provided support and a solution, which speaks volumes about his dedication to his customers. His workmanship is flawless, and he had me back on the road in no time. You can immediately tell that Waylon truly cares about both the machine and the rider. His expertise, honesty, and passion for motorcycles set him apart, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my bike back to him for anything in the future.
