My first visit in June was for a Viper alarm problem. Jon, personable and professional, took the time to educate me and explain the fix. I scheduled an appointment the following Saturday and was out in just over an hour. And, for less than half of what I'd expected to pay! My second visit in July was to repair a factory subwoofer and again, out within an hour and less than $100. Also, he went above and beyond to fine-tune the equalizer with an expert's ear - has never sounded better! Jon is a straight-up fair and honest businessman - not many of these guys left, unfortunately. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone for their alarm and audio services. Thank you for TWO great experiences!
Been coming to mobile sound for 6 years now, for several vehicles (radios, cab light installs,subs,amps and remote starts, I just recently added a stereo system to my boat and they did an awesome job of getting it done. The biggest thing for me is that they work with my crazy work schedule and they do an awesome job.
I’m giving a 5 Star Excellent review of this business for a few reasons. (1) The customer service was impeccable. I was educated on all products that worked for my project and vehicle, not just the really expensive or really budget-friendly options. There was a real desire on the owner’s part to make sure I had a clear understanding of the feature benefits of each head unit I was considering. I came in wanting Apple CarPlay, backup camera, and upgraded speakers in all 4 doors. That’s what I left with, and I couldn’t be happier. (2) The installation process and outcome is amazing. No visible wires, and the new equipment looks so so integrated into my car that it’s better than stock. These folks care about their craft and it shows. They didn’t treat my project like a blow and go, crank it out as fast as possible type of thing. They worked at the speed required. I called a day in advance. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10am. They educated me, performed an incredible installation, and then had me out of there by 3:30. That’s amazing. I sat in the waiting area and worked, caught up on emails and some reading, and even door dashed some lunch. The owners even made sure I had a nice cold bottle of water to drink. (3) Finally, I think the pricing was very reasonable. Based on my research I would have paid AT LEAST DOUBLE had I gone to one of the nationwide competitors. I’d rather support local all day long. They’ve been a Ft Worth business for over 20 years. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Will definitely be referring friends. You won’t be disappointed.
