I had the worst experience with Modani Furniture. I placed an order back in May, paid over $8K, and to this day have not received the furniture. Every time I followed up, the store manager Kevon gave me another excuse and kept pushing the delivery date further out. Not once did he proactively call to update me—I had to make multiple trips to the store just to get answers, and even then, nothing was resolved. After waiting four months, I was told to just cancel my order. How is that fair to a customer who trusted this company and tied up thousands of dollars for months? Recently, customer service and another manager, David, called me, and both were extremely rude and dismissive. One even suggested they could delay another customer’s order just to get me part of mine—how is that acceptable or ethical? This has been a nightmare experience, and based on how I was treated, I honestly don’t know how anyone has managed to actually get their furniture delivered. I respectfully ask CEO Nathanael Cohen to look into situations like mine. Customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and accountability when making such large purchases. Experiences like this are damaging not only for customers but also for the brand.

Spent months search for a bed and found the Envy at Modani. When it arrived, it looked even better than online. The construction is fantastic- heavy, solid, and no imperfections. It was easy to put together with only one person. We added lights under and behind the bed for some flare. Cairah F Helped us every step of the way and made the entire process very simple!
