Jessica is an absolute rockstar and truly went above and beyond with her customer service. She should be recognized for her efforts and set the standard for the entire team. The paint work looks very good so far, which I do appreciate. That said, in my opinion, the repair itself took quite a long time, and I expected a higher level of customer service from a business that deals with luxury vehicles. I did appreciate the automated service update emails, which were helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. One concern was that I dropped off my Tesla fully charged and received it back at 39%, despite the vehicle being in their possession for nearly two months. I had also emailed ahead of time asking that it be charged before pickup, especially since it was the middle of winter. Additionally, there was a chip on the rear driver-side glass that was not there at drop-off. I had taken videos of my vehicle at drop-off to document its condition. After bringing this to management’s attention, they offered to repair the glass free of charge. Some window tint had also been removed during the service, and management offered to re-tint those glass panels at no cost as well. I appreciate the management team taking responsibility and working to rectify these issues. Not trying to be rude or difficult — just honestly sharing my experience.
I recently had the front bumper of my Porsche Taycan repaired at Modern Auto Body after an unfortunate accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional and kept me well-informed throughout the process. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done and walked me through how they would handle everything with my insurance company, which made the whole situation much less stressful. The repair itself was flawless, and the car looks brand new again. Their communication, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. I would highly recommend Modern Auto Body to anyone in need of repairs, and I will definitely use them again if needed.
Wonderful job done repairing my front driver's side fender and replacing the left headlight and bumper (among other parts!) after a fender bender, it looks as good as new. Highly recommended for their attention to detail, clear communication throughout the repair, and an overall positive experience.
The best service I’ve ever experienced. They took great care of my Tesla Model Y and went above and beyond with fixing up our glass and every little scratch/dent that came along with our rock chip accident. They send text updates about your car so you always know what’s going on. The front desk girls are also so welcoming, sweet, and are very knowledgeable when it comes to car insurance as well. When we picked up our car, Erkan gave us a whole walk through of everything that was fixed on the car and then even offered to give us a tour of the inside of the shop. If you ever get the chance and you love cars, you’ve got to take the tour. The shop is huge, clean, has designated areas for each stage the car goes through, and you can tell everyone there just loves their job. It’s a true art for them and you can see it in the work they do. Long story short, support this local business, they’re the best and will help you in any way possible when it comes to your car! They will take care of your car and go the extra mile just because. Thanks again everyone!!!
Modern did a fantastic job repairing the driver side body damage on my Lexus IS. I'm really impressed with the paint match, that car looks brand new! Their PDR tech Dave was also able to knock out a dent on my passenger side door. I had taken it to another PDR shop before but they could not get it out. Now, it's perfect! If you really care about your vehicle and want it repaired right, Modern is the place to go. Kudos to the team over at Modern Autobody!
