The best of the best! These guys absolutely exceeded my expectations on every count. This is my second long distance move in 2 years and what a difference with Moving Hearts! They were flexible (I had to change my moving date), within my budget(I called several companies), delivered on day of my request (I waited 8 days for my furniture to arrive with the previous company, a name brand mover). Above that, theses guys were friendly, positive, and very, very fast. 💯😄👍 Love them!
They kept in touch with the whole time. We got got them to move my father from Tennessee to Florida and they did a fantastic job. Everything was wrapped and packed very well. Nothing broken and they set everything up where we wanted it. They were great.
Cory and trinity were very great! They moved everything in a timely manner with no damage. Very respectful and nice. I would definitely book them for a move again!
Trinity, Cory, and Jay helped move my husband and I recently and I can’t thank them enough for how professional they were! They did an amazing job and had amazing attention to detail when it came to moving our items and packing them up. I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially the three men I mentioned above! Corey, Max, Rayshawn, and Cameron moved us today. Professional and respectful. I would recommend the movers being a little more careful with the items they are moving as these things have significant meaning to others. Many items were dropped and dragged causing damage to items packaged and to property (new home, new floors, etc). I would recommend not leaving empty drink cans (trash) in the customers yard - especially when the customer provided those to you. I would recommend moving with a little more sense of purpose, staying off the cell phones, etc. as these delays cost your customers - in my instance, $250 more than the initial quote. That isn’t including the fees in damages. My wife and I felt like there were many instances where the movers were stalling for the sake of time. I’ve moved 27 times and this is the very first time movers didn’t wrap the mattresses or furniture. As you may know, if a mattress gets stained, it voids the warranty (UHaul trucks are very dirty). Our leather couch cleaned the floor of the truck and is now stained and scratched. Our mattress was literally folded in half and shoved into the truck. Our 75” TV is now damaged (pics). Why? Because it wasn’t wrapped. It was ratchet-strapped to the side of the UHaul truck with other items strapped with it. However, the movers did wrap an unopened plastic jar of peanut butter in bubble wrap and tapped it. Oh the irony! Overall, there are many suggestions for improvements I could make but for the sake of my time and the reader’s time, I’ll surpass. For other potential customers, I was informed if I used my own boxes it would reduce costs. This was not the case! I was still charged the $200 standard fee for packing materials even though Moving Hearts used very little of their own materials. I requested an itemized invoice and they refused to provide that. I was asked to provide a 5-star review on the spot before the movers left. I was informed that if the movers receive a 5-star review (which is why names are included in reviews) then, the movers receive reward from the company.
