We contacted Mister Sparky for recessed lighting with a dimmer switch in our kitchen and a GFCI outlet installation in the garage. Nick, the technician, called ahead before arriving and introduced himself and his trainee associate, Nate, upon arrival. From the start, both Nick and Nate demonstrated outstanding professionalism. Nick clearly understood our requests and explained the services they could provide to meet our needs. After reviewing the scope of work and pricing with us, they completed the job the same day. They were thorough, efficient, and made sure we were fully satisfied before wrapping up. They also informed us of a one-month warranty on the work performed. From consultation to completion, the experience was seamless. If you’re looking for skilled, professional service at a fair price, we highly recommend Nick and Nate.
Nick, Curtis, and Ashley did a great job upgrading our old electrical system, in preparation for installing solar panels on our home. They not only did good work, they explained everything they did, completed the work on time and within budget, and they provided a smooth interface with Huntsville Utilities. We will call on Mister Sparky again the next time we need electrical work.
Tyler was great! Checked circuit before starting to answer my questions, then worked quickly to replace the three light fixtures and set them up the way we wanted. Very satisfied with his work.
