My husband and I have been members of this gym for several years now. It used to be a great location, clean and all the equipment worked. If something was broken, they fixed it quickly, but not anymore. Every time I go now there’s at least three or four treadmills out of service every day. We love this gym, but it’s going downhill.
I’ve been a member of MUV Fitness for over 10 years, and it continues to be a great gym. There’s a wide variety of equipment available, so no matter what kind of workout you’re doing, you’ll have what you need. The gym is well-maintained and has plenty of space, even during busy hours. One of my favorite amenities is the HydroMassage—it’s a great way to recover after a tough workout. I also want to give a shout-out to Persaya, who was very helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, MUV Fitness is a solid gym with great equipment and staff.
Customer service was amazing. I got help when needed and was never left waiting. I loved this gym and how inviting and kind everyone was. Super easy to workout and not super crowded. The experience and atmosphere was the best in a gym ive ever been too.
I’ve been coming to this gym and every other that’s been in this location since 2001. MUV did a great job when they took over of replacing the equipment, but they also do constant promotions to get new members and the gym is now way over populated and there are times in the day it’s hard to find parking let alone be able to use the machines you might want to use. The steam room and hot tub are also down way too much and the overall upkeep is lacking. The decline machine has been broken for years and at best they do a temporary fix but the same part continually breaks. Right now (1/2026) then men’s shower area (ceiling in particular) is covered in what appears to be black mold. It’s steadily gotten worse over the last year. The shower area and pool area drains are also overrun with some type of small flies. These flies have been there for well over a year at least. I’ve told staff but they don’t seem to care. The main workout floor is pretty clean. Why that can’t extend to the locker rooms and pool area is beyond me.
I'm a frequent gym go-er, and MUV gym has been a great place for my morning workouts! The locker rooms and bathrooms are always clean, and the staff are extremely helpful and supportive! The equipment is fairly well maintained, and I haven't experiences any issues with broken equipment here.
