I went in to get a quote on a ring repair and a cleaning for my necklace. Staff were very helpful and so kind. They did an absolutely amazing job with the cleaning and were helpful with the ring repair. Highly recommend this store!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I went to see Catherine a few months ago and after much deliberation (on my part) I designed and purchased the most beautiful engagement ring. Catherine was super patient and she taught me so much about diamonds (the 4 C’s) so I could select the right stone for my budget. Her expertise and no judgement attitude made it feel collaborative and not just a transaction which being a bloke helped me out as I had NO idea what I was doing. I really appreciate the service and the final product turned out exactly how I had planned. Thank you, Catherine, and thank you to all the staff at the amazing My Jewellery Shop on the Gold Coast. My fiancé loves her diamond ring!
I purchased my wife some earrings from My Jewellery Shop for one of her gifts for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. She loved them. But we really appreciated the fancy wrapping paper and chocolates that came with them. Little extras like that, make a purchase extra special. (Though it's never expected that all businesses should do it, it's just nice every once and a while.) Thank you My Jewellery Shop.
The ladies at the my jewellery shop have been so helpful. Great customer service . carnt thank them enough for there help and professional service. They all went out of their way for me. Highly recommend this company.
I got the 9ct gold tiny 8mm Italian hoops They feel extremely sturdy, not only the is the clasp very secure, but if you accidently left it unfastened there is enough tension in the hinge that it wouldn’t fall open so it is perfect for loose charms. Also from my research it seemed to be the only 9ct gold 8mm hoop with a hinge closure. The shop had a relaxed vibe and all the sales assistants were lovely and helpful.
