I’ve been training at this boxing gym for a few years now and it’s been an amazing experience. Ryan is an excellent coach — very knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about boxing. He teaches you proper technique, discipline, and pushes you to be better every session while still making training enjoyable. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, Ryan takes the time to help you improve. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about learning boxing and getting in great shape.

I trained at No Excuses this summer, and I am extremely happy, I truly loved it. I started without knowing much about boxing, but over time I improved my technique, got in much better shape, and saw results. I met amazing people and really felt part of something, surrounded by others with the same goals of learning boxing. The coaches I had were always very kind, patient, and skilled. Ryan is an excellent trainer, very dedicated to teaching, and genuinely cares about his gym and his team.
Going to no excuse boxing has by far been the best experience for me. Ryan, the owner not only teaches you boxing but shapes you into the person you were meant to be.
