Steve was a huge help during the plumbing work for my café. He was patient, professional, and genuinely great to work with from start to finish. Norblom is my go to plumber. I've used them for many years for projects in our condo and a rental condo. We've had multiple faucets and toilets installed or repaired and on my latest service call Norblom fixed a shower fixture for us. The service is easy to schedule and the plumbers are always on time, friendly and get right to work. In the rare event that I'm not completely satisfied with the repair, Norblom will schedule a no charge return to make it right. Norblom is happy to service condos, something not all plumbers want to do. They may be more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for and I'm a very satisfied Norblom customer.
We experienced a serious leak in our upstairs bathroom last night. I submitted an online service request at 9:10pm. I received a call around 7:50am this morning, I called back at 8am, and Todd arrived at 9:05am. Everything was professionally dealt with by 9:55am. It is such a huge sense of relief to know there is a company you can quickly count on after a stressful night cleaning up so much water. Thank you!
