We are grateful for the care that has been provided to our daughter. We have seen three doctors in this practice and feel that our daughter has been well taken care of at every visit. We are especially grateful for the practice’s efforts to get us in for same-day sick visits when needed, which saves us from needing to visit urgent cares or ERs. Thanks for all you do at NSP!
Wonderful care over 22 years for all four of my children. All the doctors we have interacted with are great, but our PCP, Dr. Fillipo, is fantastic and has become very dear to us. Thank you for your excellent care!
Dr. Bratt has been our two children’s doctor since they were newborns and she is simply the best. Kind, warm, welcoming, takes her time with them, provides sound advice that we can rely on. She is the perfect balance between being grounded/non-alarmist and knowing when to escalate a matter for further exploration. Most importantly, she has gained our implicit trust and we rely on her when making health decisions for our kids. (This was especially important when we were navigating having a newborn during the pandemic!) We have also seen several other doctors over the course of our time at NSP (Drs. Grim, Fillipo, and Graham) and each of them was great. I have used NSP’s after-hours line countless times and am so appreciative of the quick responses we get from on-call nurses and doctors — it’s really a lifesaver. Also, we have never waited longer than 10 or so minutes to see a provider. I have recommended this clinic to several friends who also go here now and have had equally wonderful experiences. Highly recommend!
My family has decided to look elsewhere and I recommend you do too. After reading previous mixed reviews, we decided to take our son here for routine care. After 8 months of working with the staff here, I’m convinced they don’t know how to run a doctors office. We’ve been patient waiting sometimes 20 - 25 mins in the treatment room for our doctor, after arriving on time. Yesterday we booked an appointment for my son who is ill, we show up before the appointment today and the staff claim there’s no appointment on the schedule. I just don’t understand how a doctors office could mess up something so fundamental to their business.
My son has seen Dr. Graham since he was born (9years). We had a complicated beginning and followed her from another clinic where she used to work - traveling further from home to stay with her. When we moved further north we opted to stay at this clinic because the care received was phenomenal and the staff had always been friendly and welcoming. Dr. Graham is a competent, active listener, who takes my concerns seriously and spends the time needed with us as a family. Yes, she is often late to her appointments- but I’m willing to wait knowing other patients are receiving the attention and care they need to be treated well and because I know she will take the needed time with us also. I just plan ahead - I bring things to keep my kids occupied during the wait and it’s no problem. This clinic is now 45 minutes from our home and we still choose to come here. Every time we’ve had an urgent need we’ve been seen same or next day and have seen most (maybe all?) providers in the clinic between both kids over the last 9 years. All have been fantastic with both us and our kids.
