Ray the owner was quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot. In a few days he and his crew arrived on time and removed a 65 ft fence in the backyard and had 99% of the new fence up by the end of the day. I also had 2 new fence posts installed on a side fence to support weak posts and I liked the way the new posts were tucked in nicely under the original framework giving the repair a clean look. Ray and crew returned promptly the next morning to complete the job by installing the gate on the new fence and cleaning up the area. I really enjoy opening the curtains every morning and seeing the new fence at the back of the yard. Thanks again Ray, you and your crew did a fine job.

Worked with Ray on replacing my entire back fence. He did great work, showed up on time and got the work done in the 2 days. 10/10 would recommend!!!! My only complaint is I wish we would have communicated the design of the fence. I would have preferred to have the smooth side of the fence facing me rather than my neighbors. I didn’t want to see the stumps or the beams going across. However, probably more on me for not letting him know. Also, i want to point out that I accidentally over paid and it was Ray who caught it. Rather than keeping it he reached out and refunded the money I overpaid. A true professional.
I called three fence companies to cross reference bids and O&U fencing was the the absolute best option. Ray the owner was very quick to reply as well as responsive. We chose to go with him not only because of his communication skills but also is professionalism and competitive pricing. He came out and gave us a quote immediately and drew up our bid that same day. They were able to execute the fence we wanted and needed with no problem where other companies had said they could not do what we wanted. I had such a great experience teaming up with Ray and Harold, the owners of O&U Fence. From start to finish, they were super responsive, totally reliable, and professional in their approach. The crew was punctual, worked a full day to complete the job, and ensured thorough cleanup before leaving. Ray deserves a special shoutout for going the extra mile to ensure everything looked top-notch. We decided to opt for metal posts and increase the fence height to 7 feet. Harold arranged for 811 to mark out the utility lines. On the day of installation, their crew efficiently removed the old fence and began digging holes approximately 2 feet deep. They then filled the holes with concrete and made sure to slope it away from the house to ensure effective drainage. I’m pleased with their work and plan to bring them back to replace the fence on the east side of my house.
