Richie was able to come look at an old furnace on a Saturday that had stopped working in my house. He diagnosed it, and was able to repair and replace parts in the same visit making sure that it continued working reliably before he left. He is extremely knowledgably, and took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave recommendations on what could be done in the future. I will be replacing this furnace soon, and Richie will be the person I go to for the job! 100% recommend.
I own a rental property in Lakewood. The heating went out when it was 20 degrees outside on a Saturday morning. I called Richie (recommended by a friend of mine) and he went out to the house within a few hours. He called me with to explain that a gas valve had gone bad on the heater and then spent the entire afternoon driving to go get the part (of which came from a store that had to open specifically for him) and then her returned, fixed the heater and even told me of a few other concerns he had that I might want to get looked at. The house had gone down to 50 degrees and he saved the day for me...and my renters. I called my referral source and told him how pleased I was with Richie, his professionalism and his kindness. I don't usually write reviews but would love to recommend him to anyone that has any heating / cooling issues. You will not be disappointed!
The guys at Ohio City Heating and Cooling did it again. I have worked with Richie for a number of years and he provides excellent customer service. One of the furnaces at my rental property went out in the middle of the night and Richie provided an immediate response. He was onsite within hours and provided a temporary solution until his team could source a new furnace. The new furnace was installed the next day and he had my tenants warm and toasty. He then checked in numerous times to ensure everything functioned properly. He also completed all of the warranty documentation and emailed it over. As always thank you Ohio City Heating and Cooling.
Richie is amazing! On the Sunday of July 4th weekend, our hot water heater broke. He installed a new unit within a few hours. It was incredible service and very reasonably priced for the situation. He is always very responsive, helpful, and thorough. He has also helped us with furnace repair. Again, he is always timely and reasonable. I would give him 6 stars if I could!
Richie was very professional and punctual. He showed up and went above and beyond! He replaced a part in our furnace and charged a reasonable price. Richie was honest and informative about other areas of concern. This meant a lot to us because he did not have to provide the extra information- he could have just completed the job and left. But no, Richie walked us through each step of his process and left no stone unturned. Everything happens for a reason. We are grateful to become new customers and Richie has earned our future business, hands down!
