A screw in a hotel closet door knocked the diamond out of my engagement ring’s setting (😭) and I wanted to get my treasured piece fixed properly ASAP. The OJ team went above and beyond and returned my ring exactly as promised: Better than new — Setting stronger than ever before, stone shining, cleaned stem to stern, and the pesky leftover original tool mark (that always bugged me) nowhere to be seen.
