I started working with my trainer because I wanted to get in shape for my son’s wedding — I just wanted to feel confident and look my best. What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with working out along the way! My main goal was to tone up my arms, and I’m really happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve absolutely loved training with Nadine over this last three months on my “fat loss” program and can’t wait to continue working with her to achieve my goals. I never thought I’d change my body shape and how I felt about my body so much in such a short period. Nadine has been incredibly supportive throughout and has developed workouts appropriate to my abilities but has made sure to push me so I can keep getting stronger and fitter. I’ve also really appreciated having nutritional guidance, making it such a well rounded experience. Nadine is one of the best personal trainers I've worked with. I started training with her over a year ago to come back to weight training after a back injury. I've not only made amazing strength gains but was basically pain free after a few months of working together. She is always enthusiastic, knowledgable, and well prepared for each session. The gym is well equipped and clean with great music. Nadine makes it easy to show up, work hard, and supports you to get the results you're looking for, whether that is losing weight or gaining muscle.
