I have been frequenting this gym for about 2 years, the atmosphere and vibes are very welcoming. The nutrition shop is loaded with supplements you need and the restrooms are clean. In addition, I enjoy that they have saunas in each restroom separately.

I’ve had an awesome experience at OneLife Fitness on Greenbrier. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need tons of equipment, plenty of space, and a great layout whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or getting in a quick workout after work. What really stands out is the staff and the overall vibe. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the members are respectful, so it never feels chaotic even during busy hours. I also appreciate how consistent they are about keeping things organized and sanitized. If you’re looking for a gym that feels high quality, has solid equipment availability, and a good atmosphere, this location is definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

This gym has been a staple in my workout journey. Without this gym and it amazing staff I don’t think I would be where I’m at today. I absolutely love the clean gym and equipment and the locker rooms are always on point. My guy Tyler is always a great face when I walk in and is always helpful with all questions!!! This place is the best will be bringing family and friends to check it out.

Best gym in the area in my opinion! Location is nice and the two level is a plus! Access to 9 gyms all across the area is so convenient! Great customer service! Would highly recommend!

I have been a member of One Life for about 10 years now. I absolutely love the gym. The amenities are great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My absolute favorite thing that this gym has to offer is a class called PAC. If I am being honest, I have this membership for this class. I have made so many great friends along the years and some are like family. Great encouragement and guidance by the Instructor Rico. So, if you want a great experience and a killer workout to get into shape fast and have fun along the way come to greenbrier @ 10:30 on Saturdays every week.
