This is my PF away from home when I’m visiting family and I love this location! If I lived local it would be my home club for sure. It’s extremely clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, consistent and helpful, and the gym goers are positive, encouraging and give good vibes all around. The new plate loaded equipment and squat racks are a great addition- I can’t wait to see it once the remodel is finished.
It was very warm in the gym. It was hard to breathe. The overhead fans were not even on. Mind you it was 65 outside. Usually nice and cool in there. Pretty difficult to have a good workout in these conditions. 👎
Super early weekday morning and this Planet Fitness was nearly empty. Perfect. I had no problem at check-in or finding a locker to store my stuff. A few minutes of stretching and then the 30 minute circuit went well. All of the equipment was working and no one else in this area so no sharing! Afterwards, a quick shower and I was ready to continue my day. This was a good PF and I had a good workout.
Not sure what the new employee's name is but I've been going to this gym for almost two years with no complaints however this new employee came up to me because I had a small purse on my treadmill, not the one next to me but mine as I keep required medication in there that I would not be able to make it to the locker room if something went wrong. She told me I would have to complete my workout with it on in order to continue my workout. I explained to her I had medication in there, she didn't care. Worst customer service ever, she did not care. Stupid policy, I can understand bags on the floor as tripping hazards but a small bag that does no harm that I have to have on me....she's running people out of this gym and I've seen he confront several people. Not worth it. Go get a membership at Anytime Fitness or Crunch. They care about people. Plus the parking lot is disgusting, there are homeless people parked in the parking lot, trash all over, the gym is always leaking from the ceiling, they have a portable ac unit in the 30 minute workout room, and half their machines and water fountains are always broke down. They should start worrying about these items before harassing their paying customers. I came for location and convenience but I'd rather go elsewhere then to deal with this when I'm just trying to get a workout in. Then she ran and told her manager or lead at the front desk like she always does....she goes looking to ruin someone's workout. Steer clear they are not about the customers here. I left, upset and only worked out for 20 minutes. She's the worst of the worst and yes I'm angry as this has not been an issue for almost 2 years and every other planet fitness has no problem with my little bag for my medications as I visit several through my work week. Good luck keeping her employed here, she's running away more members than keeping them! Also there has been broken glass in the parking lot for over 3 weeks and attached are a few pictures of current trash in the parking lot and broken glass that's been there! Yeah they really care about their customers!
Not busy at all. PF app now will tell you how crowded. But ive been here at 6am to as late as 4pm and not but 30% cap. Staff nice n helpful. Really good on staying on top of cleaning for covid.
