HIDDEN GEM! Jake, our bartender / dj made our night. He was welcoming from the start and played all the right songs on vinyl. We came in expecting to play a few games of pinball and ended up listening to vinyl all night on the cozy couch with a delicious espresso martini in hand. He also recommended us to the vinyl store next door which I didn’t know about. Thank you Jake for being such a great guy! - New lifelong visitor.
lots of cool pinball machines but the machine to get tokens did not work. we were able to get some change from the bar, but only enough to play a handful of games. we also had some issues with a few of the machines. would’ve been nice to be actually play more pinball!
If I could give more stars, I would. I went today with my son and we had a blast. Spent two+ hours playing great pinball, listening to great music with great drinks and food. Reminds me of my younger days and it was great to share that with my son. We'll definitely be back.
The bar was super awesome and the gentleman named jake was super friendly and very helpful. The vibe is superfun. Highly recommend place.
UPDATE: Got a response from the owner after a day. The explanation was reasonable and the issue was handled well. ------ Original review: I visited while traveling and stopped by to play pinball with my kid. The collection is decent and most machines seem well maintained. Unfortunately, one machine took my coin but didn’t start. I asked the staff at the bar for help, but she said she wasn’t responsible for the pinball side and couldn’t do anything. It’s just a dollar, and I don’t expect full service from a pinball arcade—but machines can malfunction, and there should be at least some way to report it or get a quick refund. What’s frustrating isn’t the lost coin, but how the situation was handled. I left feeling like customers aren't valued here. Disappointed by the experience and won’t be returning.
