I love the studio, the staff, and the people. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the workouts are so fun. Love Amanda's class and her energy! I also enjoyed Brigid's class!
I loved this! Amanda is the BOMB! She’s so attentive and encouraging and easy to follow. I’m a beginner but could follow along fairly easily. I’m definitely going back
This was my second session here and I am so impressed with this facility! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and is always walking around to help you & cheering you on. Positive environment and the workout is great for beginners too like me!!! They make you feel at home and like family!
I have been taking classes and doing private sessions with the owner, Deborah Kaufman, for several years. I love the studio! It’s a large, modern space with reformers, TRX equipment, weights and more! I know I am not the most flexible person, but that hasn’t stopped me from going. During our sessions, Deborah highlights things I tend to overlook because I am fixated on things I wish I could do better. I love that about her! I have to admit I was apprehensive when I bought sessions because I was suffering from migraines and various female-related issues. There were more than several times I had to cancel (on short notice) which I felt bad about. I can honestly say that the owner is one of the most compassionate people I know. She never charged me for not giving adequate notice. I actually expected her to and she would’ve been right to do so, but each time, she text back saying, “feel better.” Now that I am feeling better a lot better, I find myself pushing myself to do classes and sign up for more private sessions. I also appreciate that when I am traveling, or something comes up, as long as I let Deborah know ahead of time, she lets me use all the sessions. Most studios are inflexible. In the past, I have bought yoga sessions at (other) studios because of a “special,” but ended up not being able to do all 10 or 20 classes. Last but not least, I’m not someone who jumps out of bed and wants to work out, but I always look forward to seeing Deborah. She is an excellent teacher and has a great sense of humor. I’m surprised at how fast the time goes by. I would highly recommend P50 to anyone who is interested in pilates!!
Incredible welcoming environment! Amanda is an amazing instructor…her Cardio hybrid class is for anyone who is looking to strengthen with the reformer and improve your cardiovascular system by getting your heart rate up! She works with you individually (if needed) to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. Highly recommended!!!
