I joined today very impressed with pricing, services, cleanliness and most important staff's knowledge and friendliness.
That was the worst experience in attending a tanning salon I’ve ever had. At first they did not inform me that products could not be returned and this was within 24 hours. Of purchasing. Then I called because I left three pieces of jewelry behind and the staff member confirmed the three pieces and when I went to pick it up, there was only one piece and they acted as if there was nothing they could do about it but were not even accommodating or Said they would check with other staff etc. so on That, I will never returned and canceled my membership.
Just joined today, Kayla was Awesome! Very friendly, patient and professional. She explained everything to me from billing to the tanning bed. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The Facility is so clean and organized.
Zinnia is the best. She always has great energy, is very knowledgeable, and is always super helpful, especially since I’m new to tanning. The I-10 and Huebner location is probably my favorite of the three that I have visited. Place is always clean and ready to go.
They’re always very knowledgeable on their products, and the types,great service Staff is always so nice, shout out to “Emily” she’s a great sales woman!! and they always have clean bathrooms, and most importantly clean beds. 11/10 recommend
