Got in a severe car accident, have very serious trauma and anxiety and PTSD, hit by a speeding bullet SUV not paying attention....don't remember anything but waking up in slo motion not able to breath 🫁. Police cut off seatbelt gasped for air... brothers faced much severe injuries,but I also had my own long list of blunt trauma contusions knocked unconscious in and out after etc etc bruised head to toe. Still don't know if the car flipped upside down and rolled or it spun in circles but it was crushed like a coke can ....anyways looking for help until I can get MRI on my back and see a specialist about the trauma so went here hoping for some kinda help to hold me over and I was given some weird medicine I won't mention for HIPPA purposes, but the one for trauma is also prescribed for itching??? So not sure how that applies to me. But it is what it is. God is good. I'm Alive. Still suffering from the trauma.. you can't see it or feel it unless you have been hit by a missile going 70mph. While at a stand still. Nobody was in office they had 2 ladies at front desk who greeted me with you can't have that drink in here. Doctor was very impersonal, the assistant was nicer. I even asked for scissors ✂️ to cut off hospital bracelet and was quickly told no. Im pretty sure they had something to cut with.I also asked if she would like to see a picture of the car and a quick NO! Very very impersonal which made me extremely uncomfortable, I don't know what this means, but the lady said this is all we can do here, as far as medication. What does that mean??? I'm 44 not 19 but they for some reason told me that a couple times. I just said I needed something for the stress and anxiety and trauma etc etc... So far what I have just isn't doing anything for me. I would advise anyone who needs professional help with a Doctor, that is more concerned with his patients than his own record to help you get through a very very difficult time while waiting on specialist do not go here. I Luv The Patient +Plus Urgent Care Clinics Locations. This Location had Excellent Service. I Appreciate the Staff being very Curteoys, and Polite when U came in and as I was Wating as well. The Lady Staff Offered Me and other Patients while they were waiting Water, and was very curteoys, Nice, and Polite to us. She didn’t have a Bad Attitude, she listened, and made sure 👍🏽 I was Straight and let Me and the others know if we had any Concerns, or questions about the Check in Paperwork on the I pad or on our Phones, just let her know and she would be glad to help Me and the others resolve it. I Love that The waiting area was Clean, and even the Clinc Rooms were Clean as well. I Love that I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was called within 20 minutes or less. The Nurse, and Doctor was Very Wonderful with Me and Handle my Concerns very Well. I Also Loved that the Doctor answered all My Questions and Concerns of what was going on with Me. The Doctor is Amazing, and Super Kind, and Ge Listens, and is very Understsanding, Handled my Problems with Care, Patience, and Love. This Location and all their Locations are Super Outstanding, and Very Nice.😉👍🏽 I Love that the Staff/Receptionist Greets Their Patients as they come in their Doors. This is a Plus for Me. I Definitely Recommend this Location specifically, and any of their other Locations as well. Very Nice l, and Decent Clinics.
The facility is definitely first class and is a hidden gem, between Ambrosia Bakery and Bennys carwash on Siegen lane. The staff is amazing and very attentive to the patients needs. I went in as a walk in and was seen within 20 minutes and was treated with the care and respect like you would want for your parents or relatives to be treated. Great job by the full team and staff.
Awesome staff!!! No wait time!!! And super clean facility! I felt like I belong their in my time of need. I felt cared about ❤️
Excellent experience, staff was extremely professional and courteous. PA on duty had a wonderful bedside manner, and made me feel completely at ease while I was examined. This type of quality care and attention to the patient's experience is definitely not common place nowadays. Put Siegen Lane Urgent Care at the top of your list for after hours medical care.
