Dear Peoples Jewellers Team, Today we visited your store and purchased items that the consultant processed as an online order, as the required size was not available in-store. After the purchase, I checked the official Peoples Jewellers website and noticed that the same items were clearly advertised with a “GET $50 OFF / Save $50” promotion. The consultant did not inform me of this discount, even though the order was processed online and they had full access to all current promotions and savings. This appears to be either serious negligence by the staff or an intentional withholding of information about available savings, which is unacceptable for a store that positions itself as premium. It is unacceptable for a customer to discover after payment that they could have saved $50 if the staff had acted transparently and honestly. I expect a refund of the $50 difference or a gift/item of equivalent value. Store credit or bonus points are not acceptable. At this time, my experience with your service has been extremely negative and does not reflect the standards of your brand. I hope for a prompt and transparent resolution.
I had great experience and the one helped me was Hoshne Ara 😊 I came to the store twice, 22/12 and 23/12. Both of the times Hoshne Ara showing she is super helpful and friendly. She explained everything clear, by understanding my expection, as well as my budget. We finally got the beautiful 2 carat diamond ring, at a reasonable price and affordable 😊 I want to give thanks to Hoshne Ara again and hopefully will be back one day with another product 😝

What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service we received from Hoshne, assistant manager of the store. Hoshne was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us explore our options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for beautiful jewelry and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Hoshne. We will definitely be back for our future jewelry needs!
I had an amazing experience at this People’s Jewelry Store! Jazz helped me from start to finish and was incredibly patient while I looked through so many diamond pieces. She explained everything clearly, guided me through all the options, and helped me find the perfect piece that matched both my needs and my budget. I went to this store on 17th August 2025, Sunday at 5pm, saw a ring in their clearance section for 1500 and loved it a lot. I was willing to leave 50% deposit on the ring and get the rest of the money within a few days. Jashandeep Kaur(Jazz), who was my service agent at the time, told me that they don't take deposits but they can hold the ring for some time and I can call them within 24 hours to confirm if I want it or not. She took my contact details too. We left the store at 5:30pm and the store was due to close at 6pm. I called the store at 10:45am on 18th August 2025(store opened at 10am) to say yes to the ring and I told them that I'll come today with the money to buy the ring, full cash. But the ring was already gone by then. Someone came after I left and purchased the ring. There was no option to put the ring on the hold. I was given the WRONG INFORMATION. I called them 1.5 business hours later to confirm the ring, they had my contact details to confirm if I want the ring or not. They didn't do anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Edit to add: I talked to their general customer service and they apparently talked to the store manager "Alex" and told me to go meet Alex as he has some rings that fit our configuration and budget. My budget was $2000, Alex showed us rings in the range of $7000. Waste of 1.5 hour trip. Then Alex went on a repetitive tirade of saying "Unfortunately" to a point that makes me think that Alex doesn't know English that well. He was not listening to our complaints and issues and was not willing to correct the situation or reprimand Jashandeep for her act. He gave us a 15% discount which is only valid on non discounted products, meanwhile most of their store is 25% off every other weekend and yet over priced by a huge margin. I wasn't allowed to stack the discounts and there was no possibility of correction from their store manager or general customer service.
