I rarely write positive reviews for contractors, but AllState Roofing truly deserves recognition. Before choosing them, I conducted extensive research on licensed, bonded, and insured roofing companies with BBB A+ ratings. My search narrowed down to three, and while AllState’s pricing wasn’t the lowest (nor the highest), their bid details, responsiveness, timelines, warranties, and team structure far surpassed the competition. Their in-office administrators, Samantha and Hailey, were outstanding—professional, easy to communicate with, and consistently prompt in responding to my inquiries. The AllState Roofing team itself was efficient, cohesive, and clearly experienced. The on-site supervisor, Brad, was respectful, returned calls quickly, and ensured that every project detail was handled to our satisfaction. Over the past 14 months, they successfully replaced the roofs on two of our Chandler rental homes, and the results exceeded expectations. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend AllState Roofing to anyone seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused roofing contractor.
Chad deserves 5 stars - there’s no doubt! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting him yesterday. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained to us why he does not believe we have a leak above our bathroom ceiling. He even went up to the roof to check to make sure before he left our house. Nelson and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! We are thrilled with the workmanship of the roof and facia replacement. Everything looks wonderful! Upon purchasing my home, I was able to seamlessly work with AllState to transfer the warranty as they walked me through the steps. They were very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Recently, I had some broken tiles on that home and I called AllState to inquire about the process. After some initial dialouge, it was determined that there would be a fee associated with the replacement of those tiles. I came back looking for additional clarification on that warranty and since solar was added post roofing install, there were some wrinkles that had to accounted for. Fortunately, AllState was very accommodating and helpful as they assisted through the tile replacement process seamlessly. They were very transparent, communicative and friendly through the entire transaction. I'm very grateful to have AllState Roofing cover and protect my home. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking to protect their asset.
The whole process of getting my roof replaced was painless, from the professional quote to the great work of the roofers and project manager. Brad was a great project manager who kept me informed and made sure I understood the issues they uncovered and fixed for me. I am very happy with how my roof came out, they are great to work with. I highly recommend them!
