Sina is extremely knowledgeable and take the time to clearly explain what's going on, why certain treatments are being used, and how to prevent future issues. Every session feels personalized rather than rushed, and I always leave feeling more confident and supported in my recovery. I went to Sina Medic for a neck injury and honestly had such a good experience. Booking was super easy, and Sina made me feel comfortable from the start. He taught me simple physio-style movements I could do at home, which helped a lot between sessions. I had three appointments and my neck felt so much better! My pain has gone and I have my full mobility back. Really happy with the service and highly recommend!
I have been struggling with shoulder pain for years from volleyball. I have visited countless physiotherapists and Sina was the only one who was actually able to get me back playing and swinging again. Furthermore, he clearly cares about the health of his patients above all else since he will happily discharge you if he feels there is no more work to be done.
