A few months ago, I needed a new electrical panel for rental I was selling. Honestly, I must have called 20 or so electricians. I had many come over to give me estimates. All of them wanted to overcharge or oversell me with options I never asked for. Getting a new panel and the permits is expensive enough without being stressed to purchase what I am not looking for. When Brandon came over, I had a different experience. A positive experience that I am thankful for. Brandon took his time to explain to me the permit process and my options as well as a realistic timeline in terms that I can understand. I am not an electrician, so it was important that I felt comfortable with what I was being told. Brandon did not try to scare me with "I need this" using technical terms that I did not understand. Sadly, I had this experience with other companies. Brandon kept me updated on the process. Plugged In offered me a price that was more economical than the other electrical shops. Also, I was given a military discount. Thank you.
We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service we received from Jesse at Plugged In Electric. From our initial call for a quote all the way through the completion of several different projects, we were treated with professionalism, honesty, and care. Jesse was exceptional—clear in his communication, punctual, and efficient. Even when a few adjustments were needed, he stayed until everything was completed to perfection. We highly recommend Plugged In Electric and will absolutely call them again for any future electrical needs.
At 6 PM on a Wednesday night, I called Plugged In Electric for help with half the house lights out following my husband’s use of a compressor plugged into the garage. My call was promptly answered by a very friendly answering service who took my name, number and brief description of my problem. Two minutes later Jesse Elliott called back! He suggested we test out GFI outlets before he would come out - saving us $150 and time especially if he could have fixed it in person just a few minutes. Turns out our GFI in the garage plus a couple of loose connections in the fuse box were the culprits. Jesse was super patient, gave clear directions over the phone and took care of us shortly after we called late in the day. Excellent customer service!!!
Plugged in was recommended to me and I have hired Plugged In twice now and both times they have provided amazing service. They have proven to be able to do work that is done quickly and without any hassle on my end. They take the necessary steps to keep your house clean from their work and can handle complex requests with no issues.
Only 2 weeks ago I bought a new Tesla Y Juniper along with the Wall Connector. I called several recommended Tesla Certified Installers in my area, and almost all were unable to do the installation at this time. Fortunately, my very last call turned out to be the best. Plug in Electric, llc was not only helpful but scheduled me immediately for an electrical assessment. Garret came within a matter of days and inspected my entire house. He checked both of my major electrical panels as well as to see if there would be any logical access from the attic area. I told him of occasional electrical failures from the kitchen area, and this prompted him to suggest replacing that major panel in my garage since it lacked any more higher-level switches for the Wall Charger. The panel was over 30 years old. This way I could get a new panel and have the Wall Charger installed at the same time. He quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable and fair and better yet it could be done within days. The installers Gilbert and Tyler were very professional, and all went extremely well without any electrical problems once the system was completed. The large panel door was damaged, so Garret promised to replace the door once obtained. The new replacement panel was obtained several days later. Garret, as promised, came and replaced it with new switch labeling. Plugged in Electric is a small but efficient electrical installer with knowledgeable electricians and performed a very professional installation. Communication was excellent with follow-up phone calls, emails and text messages. They offer what I feel is a very good company and Tesla has a very good, qualified company to do the necessary work.
