A pampering boutique experience. Dazzle Dry pedicure with Donna was relaxing and luxurious. From the comfortable chairs to the great playlist, the salon was fantastic.
Wow! My daughter amd I treated ourselves to a little pampering today and had facials and pedicures that will spoil us for a lifetime. Donna gave me the best pedicure EVER! I was a little skeptical at first of the "dry" pedicure as I thought soaking was necessary to remove callous. Wrong. My feet are baby soft. Donna is pleasant, professional and totally meticulous. My feet feel perfect. Anna did our facials and they were perfection. She ensured the treatments were right for our skin types. She is an expert in total relaxation, and the scalp and shoulder massage had me more relaxed than I have been in a long time. The tension just melted away and both me and my daughter left with soft, glowing skin. We will most certainly be back. If you go, request these two amazing ladies!
I really wanted to love this salon. The space is adorable, the staff was friendly, and I absolutely loved my nail tech. I also appreciate that they use less toxic products, which is so hard to find! Unfortunately my chrome nails started chipping the very next day, and by days three and four, several were peeling completely off. I spent my airplane ride overseas tearing them off so they would at least match. When I reached out the first time, they kindly offered to fix them, but I live about an hour away and had gotten them done right before leaving for my trip. They suggested I file and reseal them at home, which I did since I have my own gel machine, but the chipping continued. I later requested a refund (minus the tip because my nail tech was amazing and sweet) since I knew I might have to have them redone on my trip. Although I appreciated the gesture, they only refunded me about $60 for the chrome portion. When my chrome nail completely lifted up, I emailed the salon one more time before boarding my flight overseas to let them know what happened on day four. I was surprised and disappointed when I didn’t hear back at all. As someone who has worked in the beauty industry as a hairstylist for nearly 15 years, I know how much pride professionals take in their work, and I truly wanted this to be my new salon. But for nearly $200, I expected my nails to last more than a day or two. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning, but I do hope they address this issue because the experience itself and the staff were lovely.
Paid over 200 dollars for gel manicure and pedicure. I would not recommend getting gel here as it started lifting 2 days after I got them done and I don’t do that much work with my hands. This photo is from 6 days after getting them done, did not even last a week. However, my nail tech was nice and had a good experience while getting them done.
Love it! Nails are beautiful, great environment, and everyone was super friendly. The nail art I got was wonderfully done, and I've been getting tons of compliments on them after only a day! Even if you live out of the way, I still suggest you come by because it is absolutely worth it. 10/10 would recommend.
