I just purchased this 32 year old house. This house has tiled roof which supposed to last 50 years. However, I had a small leak in my roof after I moved in. I thought I had to replace my whole roof. Gary Fox listened to my concerns and did an evaluation of roof. He was able to offer several options to address my concerns including... 1) replacing the whole roof with new tiles 2) replace the whole roof with the existing tiles 3) tackling the problem areas to stretch the life of the roof I decided to go with maintenance route, and I am very happy with the service. Sam the technician is courteous and skillful.
We had a great experience with Presidio Roofing. Our roof was severely damaged by wind and hail. Gary came out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough, took lots of photos, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions. They worked with our insurance company and made the process smooth. The work crew was great. They took care to protect the house, cleaned up the yard debris and nails), and finished in a single day. Thanks so much for a great job!
Gary and Presidio Roofing have been the most professional, accommodating, and helpful that I have seen from a construction company. I am a maintenance tech and have dealt with a lot of contractors and these guys have been top notch. I have had a lot of requests and have not been the easiest customer but Gary and company took care of all my asks no problem. The pricing is fair the customer service is excellent. I am looking forward to this company doing the full roof replacement soon. The crew finished a full roof replace with some under deck in one day. They were fast and clean. Overall this has been an excellent expires experience and i am definitely recommending Presidio. Very happy with the whole deal
We worked with Mike T. from beginning to end on our total roof replacement. My husband’s job does not allow him to have much time to do anything else, so I became the main point of contact for this project. Mike made it so easy for me though. I don’t know anything about roofing despite doing as much research as I could. From the inspection process to the final scheduling and roof replacement, Mike made the entire process so approachable for some like me. He explained in detail what the process was going to look like and offered us options to choose from. He made it so easy for us and me to see what we wanted and what was best for us. We scheduled three roof inspections when we had a leak and Presidio was the last and I’m glad we went with them because the customer service was not only great but above and beyond. When you schedule a free roof inspection, you don’t expect much but Mike and Presidio really showed us from beginning that we were a priority and that they wanted to help us. Our final roof looks amazing. The entire replacement just took one day but they were so efficient and it looks clean — not rushed at all. We ended up having a lot more to replace in the end as the previous owners of our house did not hire a company as reputable as Presidio to do repairs but our property was left so clean and pristine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
