I recently hired Rox Roofing for a roof repair and had an excellent experience. From the start, the inspector, Rey, was highly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and siding, clearly explaining the issues and providing a fair quote without any pressure. The repair work itself was completed efficiently and on schedule. The crew was respectful of my property, ensuring everything was cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. Rox Roofing replaced the roof on our home and water tank shed December 2025 that had hail damage from a recent storm. They were recommended to us by a neighbor who had a very positive experience with their service. We also had a wonderful encounter with Rocky and his company as highlighted below: • Extremely prompt in scheduling and showing up to appointments. Phone calls were also returned quickly. • Rocky personally took the time to explain the options, costs and the insurance process. • They went through the roofing process and told us exactly what to expect. • Rocky came out several times to bring samples, discuss the difference between tile and metal roofs. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decisions. • Delivery of the tiles was flawless. The crew place them on the roof with a lift the Friday prior to the project starting on Monday. • The Rox Roofing crew was on time each day and it was evident every employee knew what their part of the job was. They worked well together and with great efficiency. • Rocky was meticulous with cleanliness and ensuring our property was protected and respected. He personally walked the property each day to ensure everything was going smoothly and in place. • He also met with us after the project was done to complete a final walk through and tweaked a few things that he wanted to perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend Rox Roofing and give them an A+ on service, quality and communication.
Rox Roofing did an amazing job repairing our roof and installing new rain gutters. Rocky came out to give us a quote for rain gutters and noticed we needed some repairs on the roof and the front of our house. As soon as we agreed to the repairs his team was here within the next couple days making the repairs and installing the new gutters. His team did a great job communicating with us and were great to work with. Their workmanship was top notch and the gutters matched perfectly. If you need any repairs to the roof or outside exterior of your house they are the company to go with. I will be using them for all of our roof needs.

I appreciate how Jesus kept me informed with calls, texts, and even drone footage. Rocky then followed up after the completion to ensure quality.
