Ross is a natural coach, and my sessions with him are always a two-way conversation between where I am at, and where I want to go. His breadth of physiological, health, and exercise knowledge are superb. He suffers from none of the extraneous bravado & ego that perhaps can or could come with his position. He’s just a sweet, focused, professional, and highly competent individual. Every session is fun, engaging, demanding, and very rewarding.
