I was recommended ProStar from my mechanic after a non-vehicle collision. The wonderful man James was specifically referenced. The instant I was greeted with a joke and left with a "drive safe and reach out for anything" I felt comfortable and informed. He showed me how to get through my insurance since this was my first issue and handled everything else with patience and kindness after. Only place I'll recommend for more in depth work needed. Thank you James, from the young Mirage owner who's phone died in your office.

I had a great experience with this collision repair shop from start to finish. Jon was the representative who handled my case and he was outstanding, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. The quality of the repair was excellent and the turnaround time was better than expected. My car came back looking great and driving perfectly. If you’re looking for a collision repair shop that actually cares about their customers and does quality work, I highly recommend them, especially if you get to work with Jon.

Excellent service! I've taken my car there twice over the years, and will always take my car there for body work. James is very experienced and always on top of everything. He updated me almost every day by email and represented my interests well when it came to my insurance claim! Highly recommended, quality body shop!

Took my baby to Prostar after an unfortunate event. I had the pleasure of working with James. He provided nothing but top notch communication, great customer service and most importantly, James will advocate for you like no tomorrow! This is a person that anyone would trust with their vehicles. I’d like to also mention Connie. I had a few issues with my vehicle, and Connie also provided a helping hand with no problem. My Camry has “visited” ProStar on three separate occasions over the past 8 years. Everytime it comes out looking better than when we bought it. Highly recommend James at ProStar collision
