I have been a PT Pilates client for 6 years and give Donna and Jenn C. all the credit for minimizing my chronic back pain and improving my core strength, flexibility and overall ease of movement. Each instructor is so knowledgeable and skilled at modifying positions, poses and movements to suit the needs of each client. They truly care about clients overall health and well-being. Wow! Where do I begin? My physical health, strength, and flexibility has improved tremendously since I started with Krista and Donna. I started because Donna felt she could help alleviate the pain and discomfort from bursitis I had been suffering from for several years. I had had injections and physical therapy only for the pain to return. Shortly after starting, the bursitis was alleviated and I am so thankful! They have also taught me to be more in tune to my body and what kind of homework to do on my own for optimum health. Last thing! With Donna and Krista’s zoom classes, I never missed a beat during the pandemic, and felt very comfortable returning to the studio because of all of the precautions they took. I highly recommend PT Pilates if you are in need of specialist to address your needs!
I am addicted to PT Pilates, and taking classes there is the best thing I have ever done for my overall health. All of the instructors are very skilled, they offer classes for all levels of ability and experience, and they are always affirming and encouraging. Doing Pilates has helped my knee, back and neck pain, improved my posture and strength. Perhaps most importantly for me, my balance is improved and I have been able to avoid several near falls. Finally, no matter how many classes I take, Pilates is Never boring and always has new challenges when I am ready for them.
Great work out. Instructors very knowledgeable and can modify as needed to keep their clients safe. They also offer individual tips for special needs of clients . They are always attending new Pilates education classes to keep up on the latest different exercises to keep us in top shape .
