Had a furnace going out in the house and called Pugh this past Saturday. After leaving details with the answering service I got a return call from Pugh about 5 minutes later. About 2.5 hours later the service tech (Max) was at the house looking at the furnace. By late Monday the details to move the repair forward had been processed by the manufacturer as a warranty claim and the install was scheduled for the next morning at 8 AM. The service tech (Brandon) and apprentice (Kash) arrived at 8 AM and had the furnace repaired before 10:30 AM. Questions I had were thoroughly answered and the process from beginning to end was definitely 5 out of 5 stars with Pugh.
Just had our furnace replaced by Pugh - prior unit had elevated carbon monoxide levels after MANY years of service. Robert and Elliot did an outstanding job - professional, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing. After the install they stayed until we were confident we knew how to use the new thermostat. Thank you Robert and Elliot - outstanding service. We will be using Pugh for all our heating/cooling needs.
Back in 2017 when I knew I was going to have a new furnace and central air system sized and installed it wasn't even a question as to who was going to be the only one to get the call and my business....Pugh! Their long standing reputation, experience, as well as representation of the Carrier and other brands were the reasons I made that one and only call. Yesterday, (November 3rd 2025) was the first non preventative maintenance service call that was needed on my Carrier Infinity furnace and as expected Mike and Pugh knocked it out of the park! I'm so appreciative of Pugh being my only choice for all my heating and cooling needs. In addition to a new water heater in October of 2020 they also designed and installed this Modine unit in my garage in September of 2020, (it's quite the talking point when people hang out in my finished garage). Thanks Pugh, you guys are THE best, I'll never use anyone else! Forever loyal customer, Scott Wagner
From the service call to the installation, no complaints. Everything was very timely. Brandon was very professional and personable. The installation crew was efficient and left the area clean. You wouldn’t have know anyone was there except for the new furnace. Highly recommend. Thanks again.
Having Pugh heating install our new HVAC system was a wonderful experience right from the beginning with Kevin our sales person who was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining our options. Also, the install team did a great job putting this together. They were professional and payed attention to detail. I also have several conversations with David Overfield and he was extremely helpful and Pleasant to talk with. I would highly recommend Pugh heating co. To anyone interested in a new system.
