This was our first visit and we booked a 2 person infrared sauna. I’d been wanting to try it for a while and I’m so glad we did! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The owners we so sweet and walked us through everything. We also purchased the detox supplements with it and thought it was such a great addition. We can’t wait to go back! Hoping this can be a Friday evening routine.
Very amazing experience! I got the contrast and I felt vitalized and stimulated had an incredible experience! Being able to go to from cold 🥶 plunge to the sauna 🧖♀️ was great! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm. I've never felt so refreshed and ready to take on my day! 🫧 can’t wait to go back! It’s also very clean 🧼 which is something I’m always concerned about when I go to places like these
If I could give this business 1000 stars, I would. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Somya, on my first visit and she made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Not only was her demeanor welcoming and calming but the space was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing, and the contrast therapy room was very well appointed. Plenty of towels, peaceful music playing, and a back rest for added comfort while in the sauna. Highly recommend to anyone in the Winston Salem area! I will definitely be back.
I have had 2 of 3 contrast therapy sessions and it's by far the best experience I've had for a mind/body reset. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the contrast rooms are top-tier! The owners were also very pleasant and educated me on all the questions I had. After my session this week, I will continue to use this establishment. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend, whether a physical or emotional reset. Loved the experience!
I have been coming for contrast therapy for nearly two months now. I am thrilled with the experience and everything involved. Everything is fresh and clean, and they are always ready for me when I show up for my session. I couldn't ask for better staff or experience doing something I've never done before! Regarding the therapy itself, it has taken me several visits to get used to the cold plunge, but I am very proud of myself for sticking with it (it's getting easier!) and treating myself to this therapy. I always feel relaxed and refreshed when I leave, and I know that I am doing my body a lot of good! My husband also comes with me, so it's a great couples outing as well. The owners and staff are always welcoming and friendly and are more than happy to assist you. They have already thought of all the little things that make it such an easy and wonderful experience: online scheduling, hot tea (post therapy), peppermint cold towels, soaps, towels, timers, and a vanity station. Don't put it off. It's worth it!
