It is in Westfield shopping Centre opposite JB Hi-Fi It is a good bookstore, the lady helped me willingly to find and old and new testament bible It is all on the flat so no problem for disabled ♿️ Come in off Creek Street Turn right on the turn before Costco Parking is plentiful but competitive It is a 2 minute trip in and out of the shopping centre
I'm not one to usually leave a review. My wife and child were shopping, with no other customers around. I was browsing while my wife was looking with our child. The store assistant didn't ask if we needed assistance and mentioned multiple times there is a "playground around the corner" that would be good for him. She seemed irritated that our child was in the store. I put my books and bookmarks back and left the store. Won't return. Instead of assisting customers, she basically told us to leave.
I was in this store earlier today when a worker approached me as I was in the young readers section, she was simply asking if I was shopping for a younger person. I said no and she seemed to get a little awkward but girl do not worry, I was just looking for a really good book that I had a couple years ago and accidentally left it on the train when I was about half way through it. Just needed to know how it ended.
Always so lovely to have such a genuine connection with each and every member of staff at this amazing store! Consistently a warm welcome to the store, excellent product range and knowledge, and amazing service from every person! This store is always my go-to despite not being my local due to these lovely ladies :)
