I saw a TikTok about the blue Lotus tea and how helpful it was for the lady’s sleep. I used it last night and I did not wake all night long, and I woke up this morning feeling refreshed. The service from Raine n River was wonderful. The package and quality of the product is fabulous.
Amazing staff, extremely knowledgeable and great selection of items for all needs. Highly recommend!! The shop is very aesthetically pleasing as well.
Love this place! I get all my candles, herbs and teas here. I’ve been struggling with acne especially during winter and their calendula salve has been a life saver!
I really wanted to love this store because I believe in their mission and the power of natural remedies, but the customer service has consistently missed the mark. I’ve never received any type of service here — not even a simple hello. Even today, I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. The owner/manager was standing by the door chatting with someone, and another associate was behind the register with zero acknowledgment. What made the experience even stranger was that the delivery gentleman who walked in right before me received plenty of warm smiles and compliments on his hair — so maybe I just wasn’t as “cool.” Either way, consistent recognition matters. This is the kind of store where it's easy to spend your money, but guidance from the staff is really needed, especially since the products in jars can’t be touched. It’s disappointing, because I genuinely believe in what they offer and could have been a loyal customer for years.
Love this shop. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have a variety of teas, herbal medicines and tonics. I had the pleasure of meeting Natasha, the owner, today. I really cherished her talk. Highlight of a hard week. She is a gem. I will continue to be customer. Good vibes!
