Ok, so… just because you place employees outside, doesn’t make the service go by any faster. In fact, I find that the food is not as fresh which this Canes in particular usually has (fresh chicken). Additionally, if you’re going to have people outside, have the menu present for people to see while they’re waiting 10 minutes in the line. It’s faster to go inside than sitting in the drive thru.
Absolutely terrible customer service and an extremely rude drive-thru worker. I got there a full 20 minutes before closing, sat in that long line like everyone else, and when I finally reached the order box at 3:15 AM, the heavy set guy that was in the front yells over the speaker, “We’re closed.” Seriously? I’d been waiting in line since 2:40 AM, well before closing time. When I asked the drive-thru worker why I couldn’t order after waiting all that time, she snapped back saying there were “orders ahead of me.” That’s a flat-out lie. I was the only car at the window. There were no orders ahead. So not only was I refused service, but everyone who had been waiting in line before 3 AM was also turned away. Completely unacceptable. This happened on 11/01/2025.
Raising Cane’s. Crispy chicken, great sauce. No nonsense, just joy. If simple happiness is your thing, you’re all set.
This place would be perfect if I didn't have to check my order every single time. Since I've been living in this neighborhood I've never managed to order and get my order right. I get a box combo and I replace the coleslaw with toast and get an extra cane sauce, never once has it been right. This place could be such a standout if only they paid attention to the details.
Very disappointed in the level of quality Canes is nowadays. The fry portion is incredibly small compared to before. The chicken tenders are noticeably smaller, and the bread is flat and not what it was before. This is an overall bad review for Canes as a company overall. The quality went down but the price went up. $12 for this!! Crazy!
