Excellent wellness center with great customer service! My favorite is their red light therapy but there are many other options you can pick and choose for your own health benefits. Give them a try and your body will thank you! 4.5/5 ⭐️
I really enjoy my visits to Real Deal Wellness. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They explain everything clearly. The whole place is clean. I love their sauna sessions — the heat is comfortable. The red light therapy is great, feels very calming.The cryotherapy is amazing — quick, refreshing. After Compression therapy, I feel better, and after a long day, my blood circulation improves.
Just visited Real Deal Wellness for the first time today and was immediately greeted with such warmth by Mia at the front desk 🤍. She made me feel like I had been coming there for years—her customer service and care created such an easy and comfortable first-time experience. She explained the benefits of compression therapy so well—how it enhances circulation, flushes out lymphatic fluid, and reduces soreness through controlled pressure. Such an effective tool for recovery, even for conditions like edema. 🙌 I also had the chance to meet JD, the owner, and we shared an incredible conversation about what God is individually creating in both of our lives. We were both reminded of the blessing of prayer and the divine appointments God ordains so that we can live the full life He designed for us to walk in. 🕊️🔥 It was an easy “yes” to sign up for their $90/month promo with all the amazing services they provide. As a dancer at Culture Shock, I know my body will need consistent recovery so I can keep using the gift of dance as worship in this season. We went to Real Deal Wellness for a sauna session, and it was amazing! So relaxing and rejuvenating. Mia, who was working there, was incredibly friendly and even offered us 30 extra minutes to try out the massage chairs—which felt incredible! The entire staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere was super peaceful. Such a great deal and a perfect date night spot—health is wealth! We’ll definitely be back soon.
