Rebel Nell - Downtown Detroit ring est une bijouterie et boutique de cadeaux qui propose une expérience de conception de bijoux personnalisés. La boutique présente des pièces haut de gamme recyclées provenant de plusieurs artistes, transformant l'art du graffiti en bijoux à porter tout en soutenant les femmes dans le besoin et en protégeant l'environnement. Les visiteurs sont accueillis par le personnel sympathique, comme Chloe, avec Kim qui supervise les opérations, dans le centre-ville de Détroit, près de l'hôtel Shinola.

CHLOE CHLOE CHLOE made not only my birthday celebration here possible by volunteering to stay later, but made it spectacular by literally seeing a need & filling it (all night). Two of the photos used were taken by her, she needs to add party planner to her special skills. In short, I needed a host site to accommodate my birthday. Rebel Nell was the perfect size and spot, based on location. Chloe helped do more than she needed to. Blow up balloons, assemble party favors, suggest poses for photos/boomerangs, even had a lighter handy when I forgot to bring one for the cake. She is a gem, and wouldn’t even except a little monetary thank you! Still got her something anyway. Rebel Nell, you’d be rebellious to sleep on the gem you have in Chloe! 🎉 Shoutout to Kim, manager, as well for allowing us to host - the day after Thanksgiving; was tough to find a spot, but the right one became available. I love you Rebel Nell! 💕✨🥳
We were visiting from Idaho and stopped in after finding the shop online. Chloe was just lovely. So welcoming, kind and patient. She helped us select the perfect pieces to take home with us. She told us about the amazing partnerships and work that the brand does. Thank you so much for a really beautiful souvenir and experience.
On March 15, I shopped at the Detroit store near the Shinola Hotel, purchasing several jewelry pieces and a dog tag that needed custom engraving. I left the $30 dog tag with them, paid the $15 to have it engraved, and was told I would receive a call in 2-3 weeks to pick up my finished product. It is now May 2. I have never received a call, and my emails to the company are just getting the run around. I was told there was a delay, and it would take maybe 5 weeks. Then I was told they were having trouble getting parts from out of the country. Given that I simply needed a metal tag for my dog engraved, I am not sure what parts needed to arrive? I have asked for a refund of the $45 and am awaiting a response. I will not do business with this company again, do not find their email responses helpful, and would caution people to avoid the “custom” ordering process at all costs. 7 weeks to have a piece engraved - with still no clear date when I will even receive the piece - is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid!
