We loved working with Fernanda at RentWerx! She was extremely helpful, and provided answers to our questions in a timely manner. She made the entire process very easy and we would recommend anyone looking to Fernanda and RentWerx!
This company seems very fair. We just moved into the house within Venado Crossing (military move). They have an app for everything to protect yourself as a renter, we’ve never gotten screwed over by a management company before, but this is by far the most thorough one I have seen to protect, not only the landlord, but also the renter. After directly speaking with the management team, they’re very professional and polite. I don’t anticipate any issues with them, and this could be the best renting experience we’ve had so far (6 military moves down, hopefully no more to go.)
Maria was SUPER AWESOME through the entire process, offering help at each and every obsticale we faced. When I had an issue that I needed help with replied to my emails with virtually no waiting at all. She was supportive, helpful, and very understanding. I really enjoyed working with her.
I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Fernanda Muñoz at RentWerx! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. Fernanda kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my (many!) questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make the approval and leasing process smooth and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but Fernanda made everything feel easy and organized. I truly appreciate her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication. Thank you so much, Fernanda, for all of your help — you’ve been amazing!
Fernanda Munoz was Awesome helping us through the Lease approval process and securing our Dream Home. Ok so we have been making some needed improvements to add some curb appeal to this Fantastic property and take pride in our newly found home so I’ve added just a couple of before and after pictures. And from the upstairs Living room there is an amazing view, sharing a few of my favorites.
