Ruby is great! From explaining the basics of getting yourself pre-approved for a mortgage to walking thru and comparing homes values we were always well informed. Ruby made us feel top priority when looking at homes making sure to schedule home tours with the sellers. During signing she made sure if we had questions or need to get something fixed she was on top of it!

But Beau kept our spirits high, and just two days later, we found our *dream* home—tall ceilings, natural lighting, everything childhood me had always wanted but never thought I’d get. From there, the process was smooth and shockingly fast. Beau kept us updated every step of the way, got our closing costs covered, and we ended up paying way less than we expected. And if you get the chance to work with him, his wife is truly his better half—hilarious, thoughtful, and just the kind of person you want in your corner. Honestly, working with them felt like working with family, and that’s not an exaggeration. Even after closing, Beau went the extra mile and had one of his friends make us a custom welcome sign that says, *"There’s like a lot of dogs in here,"* which is perfect because between the two of us, we have *five* dogs. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, who makes the process easy and fun, and who will fight to get you the best deal possible, *Beau is your guy.* We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
