Fantastic service. My charging port has been faulty for ages. I didn't want to get it repaired on insurance because I'd need to pay significant excess and do without my phone for several days. Repair King's quote was the best I found and the service was excellent in every way. I can't recommend Repair King enough. I've already been telling friends and family where to go for phone, tablet or laptop repairs.
This boss is very nice and very patient. He explained to me all the problems with my computer and any possible solutions. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Not recommended at all based on my experience today. I went to this shop today to buy an iPhone 17 Pro case. The staff member showed me a few models, but when I asked for the final price, he kept repeating “£20” and said he can’t give any discount because he is “just a worker.” When I mentioned my friend referred me here, he replied, “I don’t know your friend,” which felt rude. When I said I need some time to decide, he said “sure, you will” in a sarcastic way. That attitude itself was enough for me to walk out. To the owner: this may look like just a £20 case, but the way your front‑desk staff speaks to customers decides your whole business. You know how fast word spreads and how painful it is to lose customers because of one person’s behaviour. Having someone like this at the front is not helping your shop at all. I walked a few metres to iRepair and bought a case and tempered glass for £10 with friendly service. I didn’t buy here because of the attitude, not the price.
Definitely recommend! Prices were fair and I got everything back the same day. Got both my iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 Pro Max fixed here and it was really good. One of my phones had the battery and back cover replaced. It was pretty smashed up, with tiny bits of glass everywhere, but he cleaned it all and replaced everything properly. The other one got a new screen, and when there was a tiny issue with it, he just swapped it for a new one straight away.
I would recommend I went in not realising the time and even tho they shut 2 mins before he still fixed my phone camera. 30 mins after I got the camera fixed later I took these photos
