I've had the privilege of working with Dr. Aman at Restore for over two years, along with Melanie, the nutritionist, and Dr. Liu, the acupuncturist. When I first began my journey with their team, I was constantly nauseous, fatigued, and just felt awful. Now, I feel incredible! Working with them has been a game-changer. It's rare to find healthcare providers who truly care about their patients. They take the time to listen and tailor your treatment based on your needs. What stands out the most is how they collaborate as a team, offering you the right tools and guidance to feel better and achieve long-term health. Rather than relying on quick fixes like pills and surgeries, they create comprehensive, holistic plans that address the root causes. I’ve learned so much, felt genuinely cared for, and I can’t recommend this team enough!

I have been under the care of the professionals at Restore in Plano TX for 2 years. When I had my first meeting with Dr Aman, I was quite desperate for professional help, primarily with controlling my weight. After a thorough 2 hr interview, Dr Aman said she thought she knew what I needed but wanted to wait till she saw my bloodwork results before discussing treatment. She diagnosed me with insulin resistance and set out a treatment plan with her nutritionist whom I have been working with for 2 yrs. Words cannot say how much better I feel, how I was able to clean up my eating profile, stop gaining weight, and have mental clarity and hope! I no longer crave or eat processed foods, and I exercise an hr each day. At 73, I never thought I'd feel this alive! So thankful!!!
I have been going to Dr. Aman for about 9 months now. When I walked into her office for the first time, I was dealing with some autoimmune issues that were affecting my energy levels and ability to lose weight. During my consultation with Dr. Aman, I was amazed at how much time she spent getting to know me and my medical history. I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me before. After some lab work and testing, I met with Melanie, the nutritionist, to see what changes we could make to my diet. Dr. Aman felt that all of my issues were gut related, so in working to heal my gut, we added some supplements and I changed up my probiotic. It's been a team effort, and I feel like they have given me my life back! My energy level is better now than it was 6-7 years ago (I'm only 43 years old), I sleep more soundly and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day, and I am finally starting to see results with weight loss. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Aman! I will forever be grateful to her! In addition, her office staff is incredible! I have worked with Mylene in getting appointments scheduled/rescheduled, and she is always so thoughtful and caring! I have been coming to Restore for about 6/7 weeks now. Dr Aman took more time with me and was so caring and thorough during our initial consultation, I was completely blown away. She immediately gave me some lifestyle changes and protocols to start as we have begun lots of testing. I have chronic inflammation and many symptoms due to an autoimmune disease that nobody has been able to help me with prior. In just 6 weeks I have seen TREMENDOUS changes in my health and energy levels. I have also been seeing Dr Liu, Lingguang for acupuncture about 1-2x a week which has very obviously played a massive role in the huge improvement I am experiencing. She always takes so much time working on me and addressing multiple painful areas throughout the session. In addition, I have been working with Melanie their nutritionist and we have completely changed my diet up which has also made a huge difference in the way I not only feel but also have aided in healthy weight loss. I was very defeated walking into Restore and now I am feeling so excited, and hopeful to continue my journey with this incredible team. I also want to mention the front dest team is AMAZING, Mylene has been Incredibly accommodating every time I have a question or need help with anything, she’s super sweet and always a pleasure to talk to. Just SO Grateful to have found Restore team.
