My first impression upon walking in was extremely positive. The office space presents a clean, pristine aesthetic, and the layout of their skincare products is thoughtfully organized and visually appealing. The staff has been exceptional, providing outstanding customer service. Sarah B's expertise, depth of knowledge, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. She has addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. From someone with a similar background, I can confidently say she is an outstanding asset to the team. Somebody give this girl a raise! ⭐️

Love Liza!! I've been getting filler and neurotoxins for 20 years so I'm in a good position to judge whether someone is a good injector and she absolutely is. I never bruise, she has a light touch, knows the products very well and importantly, Liza takes time to listen to what you want and gives you a beautiful, natural result.

The staff and service is amazing here, they are all extremely knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Vanessa helped me understand more about laser treatments and payment options, and they are really good about pre and post care to keep patients’ skin safe. 10/10

I decided to switch from my usual laser spot to here to compare efficacy and price. Huge mistake. If you want to skip my huge review outlining their shady practices, I highly recommend Laser Cafe in Hillcrest; they're much cheaper and have excellent efficacy. Revive's business practices are predatory and deceitful, overcharging in subtle and misleading ways that aren't immediately apparent. Their consultation for treatment is with a business associate instead of a nurse (the first red flag), Vanessa, who incentivized me to purchase same-day by removing a fee that's unusual and unnecessary in the first place (it's a ~$100 annual membership that's required for any of their services). They mandate an excessive amount of minimum treatments and require payment up front, so you're locked into approximately a year of monthly treatments that you have to pay for before the first session (it was thousands of dollars in my case). Also, they give you an extra free small area as a part of their package, which initially seems nice, but the value of that "free" area is added to the treatment, so if you decide to request a refund within their 30 day refund period, that value counts against you, and also has the same minimum required treatment stipulation. The cumulative deception of all the small details that I initially didn't catch led to paying about FOUR times the amount that I do at another location, specifically $800 for a single laser session. Do NOT get laser here. It's just a scam under a pretty mask. The staff at the front desk was really nice though, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

I had a treatment with Shannon, PA, and she was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with such patience and knowledge. During the procedure, she communicated clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly thoughtful and compassionate throughout. I truly appreciated her empathy, professionalism, and gentle approach. I felt completely cared for and confident in her hands — highly recommend her!
